Serafino

Mario Scairato

The wrought iron binds with the wicker in a bed, giving it a warm Mediterranean spirit with sinuous yet rigorous forms.

Starting from 6.500 euros

Serafino features an iron architecture, completed by a headboard made entirely of hand-woven wicker.

The rational lines of the bed’s iron base gracefully combine with the soft and light profiles of the rattan composing the headboard, which generates two refined and functional bedside tables within its form. Rattan, a classic material of the “good” Italian design, is elevated by contemporary forms, showcasing its intricate complexity. The feet and frame feature an ogival-shaped section, composed of three hand-forged iron bars fused together. The section of both the feet and bed frame measures 60×40 millimetres.
